1- Create your Account

Creating an account allows you to manage your schedule (or that of a minor), register for classes, sign documents, pay for classes and workshops and receive special deals throughout the year! Creating an account is necessary to attend any of our classes or workshops, but only takes a minute- we promise!

2- Purchase class credits

After you create you account, it’s time to find a class package that works for you! If you’re just curious and trying us out, this might just be a single class, or maybe you have have a plan to come for a few weeks to get into the swing. Whatever your goals, we have a variety of class packages available! Credits are applicable to all classes unless otherwise specified. We also have monthly unlimited memberships! All other class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase, so please only purchase as many credits as you anticipate using in 3 month’s time.

Please note that our Instructors cannot take payment in person- they’ll ask you to go through our website to pay and register, so please remember to do this before you come in for class!

3- Register for classes

Once you’ve purchased class credits, you can start to manage your class schedule. Simply register for any of our drop-in style classes that you like! While many of our students attend the same classes weekly, sometimes life happens and you miss a few. That’s no problem! Our classes are taught in such a way that you can drop in any time as often as you like!

Due to limited space and apparati, spots in class are limited. If you show up in person without registering, we can’t garantee a spot will be available, and we will still need you to pay and register online, so it’s best to handle your registration and payment online before arriving at the studio.

If a class you’d like to attend is full, check out our Waitlist feature. The Waitlist will automatically bump you into a class if another student cancels, up to an hour before class start time. We also greatly encourage students to download the Pike13 App; the app converts email notifications into push notifications on your phone, so you never miss and enrollment update or cancellation!

Please note that you can only cancel by signing into your account and cancelling yourself. Cancellations and no-shows within 12 hours of class start time will be charged a a fee. Please see our cancellation policies for details.

Please do not attempt to cancel via text or email; these cannot be processed in a timely enough manner; always cancel by signing into your account and cancelling your class yourself!

If you have previous experience and are looking to bypass beginner level classes, please contact us or speak with and instructor and we’ll review your skills and get you to the appropriate class.

Class packages do not apply to private lessons, special workshops or private parties - Class credits and memberships are NOT transferrable to other students - Students must comply with current studio policies.
